There are a number of requirements we need from you to keep the animals happy and comfortable during our visit.

• There needs to be a secure space in order to handle the animals, all doors and windows to be closed and remain closed.
• It is the lead person on the bookings responsibility to ensure all individuals have washed their hands before and after the session.
• There needs to be a safe and quiet area ideally with a table located near to 2 plug sockets as the animals will require their heat mats plugged in throughout the session.
• Animal handler reserves the right to stop the session at any time if they feel the animals welfare is being compromised.
• Any music or bouncy castles to be turned off before the session starts.  Anything that the animal handler thinks will scare or make the animals feel uncomfortable to be removed before the session starts.

We can not guarantee any animal for a session as the welfare of the animal comes first, but if there is a specific animal you are desperate to see then we will try to accommodate this as best we can.
